Success Story: Dato' Dr. Azman Ching

Dato' Dr. Azman Ching atau nama sebenar beliau Ching Eu Boon, merupakan seorang jutawan Multi Level Marketing (MLM) dengan syarikat CNI. Beliau meraih pangkat tertinggi dalam CNI iaitu Million Diamond Agency Manager (MDAM). Anda bayangkan berapa incomenya setiap bulan!

Kalau anda nak tahu betapa hebatnya Dato' Dr. Azman Ching dalam indutri MLM ini, baca petikan beliau sendiri "With sheer confidence and determination, I worked on CNI's plan and by the 12th day I was already an Agency Manager. It only took me another 11 months to be a Diamond Agency Manager, the highest rank in CNI at that moment. I'm only in my thirties, but my achievements in CNI have been beyond my dreams."

Moral of the story: Keyakinan dan kesungguhan beliau yang gigih telah membuahkan hasil dalam masa yang singkat. Bukan senang nak jadi senang tetapi terlalu senang untuk jadi susah.

• Colonel Sanders @ KFC founder, ditolak ideanya lebih dari 300 kali sebelum beliau menemui seseorang yang yakin akan impiannya. Disebabkan beliau tidak pernah berhenti, terdapat lebih 11,000 KFC di 80 buah negara seluruh dunia!
• Pada tahun 1998, pencipta Google, Sergey Brin dan Larry Page berjumpa Yahoo! untuk menggabungkan kedua-dua syarikat. Yahoo! memberitahu kedua-dua graduan tersebut supaya memberi tumpuan terhadap "projek sekolah" mereka dan menyuruh supaya mereka datang balik bila mereka sudah besar panjang. Dalam masa 5 tahun selepas itu, anggaran pendapatan Google mencecah $20 billion.
• Selepas 13 tahun hasil karyanya ditolak, penulis, Tawni O'Dell  masih enggan mengalah. Pada Januari 2000, novel pertamanya, Black Roads, diterbitkan dan dipilih sebagai A Must Read oleh Kelab Buku Oprah (Oprah's Book Club).

Moral of the stories, jangan sesekali berhenti berusaha dalam apa pun bidang yang kita ceburi! Ia perlukan masa yang panjang untuk benar-benar berada di puncak kejayaan.
